AImagify is an iOS application that provides AI-powered image editing and enhancement capabilities. The App allows users to transform and edit their images using artificial intelligence technology.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not use the App to process inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Not use the App to infringe on the rights of others
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to the images you process using AImagify. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Our Property

The App, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by AImagify, Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Subscription and Payments

AImagify offers both free and premium features. Premium features require a subscription, which:

• Will be charged to your Apple ID account
• Automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Can be managed in your Apple ID Account Settings
• Cannot be cancelled for the current subscription period once activated

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AImagify, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AImagify, Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
